Hebrew 12:1-2 Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Precious loved ones and friends, Frank has completed the run set before him. And he finished the race with honor, courage and dignity.

Frank went to be with the Lord early this morning. He passed away in my arms as I held him close and with our children with him. Our hearts are broken. Yet we know that he is in no more pain, and rejoicing with his Saviour, his Comforter, his Healer, and his friend.

Yesterday was the best day Frank has had in a while. We played hookie from radiation, and the new pain meds did indeed give him relief yesterday. He enjoyed the nice day on the porch for several hours. He told us funny stories, and watched a movie last night he'd been wanting to see for a week.

We will post more information about the service when it is planned.

As I know you will - our precious prayer warriors - keep our whole family in your prayers.

Thank you for walking this road with us. Frank and I thanked God for you so often.

In His grace, Peggy

Peggy,

I was so terribly saddened to hear, yet my tears since learning of his journey home have been sweetened by God. I find myself here alone in my office, so far away, able only to rejoice and celebrate this wonderful husband of yours and brother in Christ of mine. His faith and love of the Lord was and truly remains, his greater purpose - and he found that through you. His love for you and your children shined through every moment, Peggy and will live deep inside each of you forever. There is little to say other than you are so greatly loved by all of those around you and by many far away, like me. He is home and he will be shining down on you every day, for he truly is not gone. His love in Christ has given him eternal life.

All my love,
Bob

Peg,
I cannot imagine what you are feeling right now. Frank has left a legacy of unwavering faith that I will try to live up to for all my days. Know that I've been praying for you all and will continue to pray for comfort and peace from the only one who can give it to us. I read a verse last week that has been a beautiful reminder of the mysterious works of our Lord.

2 Corinthians 3:18
But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror, the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.

He brings us from glory to glory in this life... to be more like Him. What a wonderful thought to think of on this day. Praying for you always.
In Christ's unfailing mercy,
Emma

Peggy,
My thoughts and prayers have been with you and the kids all day today. My heart breaks for you all; there will be such a void with Frank not physically being here. What a blessing it is that our hearts can still smile remembering Frank and knowing he is with Jesus, with a new body, and feeling no pain. Thank you for sharing your journey with us, helping us to trust God in all things. Hugs and love to you,
Karen

Peggy, I saw both you and Frank come into the church service a couple of weeks ago and the Lord prompted me to pray for you and your family. I knew in my heart Frank would be going home soon. My prayer today is to say good for Frank. He is in the presence of Jesus. But I know you and your children must be spiritually, emotionally and physically depleted. I pray for strength for you over the coming weeks and months as you adjust. I pray that only good memories will flood the minds of your children. I thank God for the testimony that you and Frank have displayed before Hope and the world. I pray for rest, joy and peace for you Peggy. You are the one who needs it because Frank is complete.
God bless you,
Mitch Dunn

Words cannot express how honored I am to know Frank and your family. What an amazing testimony you gave as your put your lives in the Hands of God. Frank emailed me just this past Friday and I cherish that. My constant thought is of the words to a song "I will gaze upon the throne of the King, frozen in my step"...as I know Frank is with our King. Love and thoughts to you all. Vicki Johnson

I know that you don't know me, but I knew Frank in G'ville and at MSU. His incredible love of people brought many good times to all of us who knew him. He was simply incredible! I hadn't seen Frank in years, but I know that he coninued to make everyone slime. Now, he is in a peaceful place and still making 'em smile. My best to you and your children.
