Hi everybody...Peg here. We are home in Memphis!! Yeah!!
It felt good to see the bridge and the pyramid. I tried to wake Frank up to see it, but he was out of it! We doped him up pretty good this morning - which was good. The test is painful. There is no getting around that, but I think the meds -and prayer - took the edge off. We requested sedation next time and got our appointment enough in advance to get a slot in "the room".
Frank starts chemo tomorrow at the West Clinic. He'll have blood drawn twice a week, a shot at home, lab to send back to Little Rock, and journals to fax every week. We don't return to Little Rock until Feb. 13.
Having a plan is wonderful! Knowing we can stay in Memphis for a while is even better! We will probably make weekly entrys now unless something changes.
Thank you John for all you have done with the site. Thanks to all of you for keeping us in your prayers. This web site and your comments have been so uplifting and encouraging to the both of us. We have indeed been blessed!
God Bless you! Much love.......
